Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge $ 10.00 (plus tax) per person for any cancellations.
The full tour price (this includes your deposit) will be charged to your credit card when cancelled 7 days or less before your scheduled tour date! No refunds or alternate dates will be given for any reason if cancelled less than 7 days before your tour.
Please familiarize yourself with our deposit requirements.
Departure times are subject to change without notice. Rates may vary upon increase of fuel prices. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to weather conditions, mechanical problems, or unforeseen circumstances. In that case the deposit will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to substitute vessels. All passengers will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to departure.
