The pier is located beside the Government Wharf in downtown Campbell River and is a main attraction that provides a fun, authentic and relaxing short break for all visitors. The pier is a great venue to connect with others in a stress free and low key environment. The Pier extends 150 feet from the shore, is 600 feet long and provides access to high quality recreational fishing. The Pier is open 24 hours a day, is wheelchair accessible and is fully lit. It has built-in rod holders, bait stands, fish cleaning tables, covered areas, picnic tables and benches. The concession stand is famous with locals for their delicious ice cream cones and wraps and is open 7:00am – dusk May to October and provides rod and tackle rentals, licenses and snacks.
