Now is a great time to book! We are extending 2020 prices for all 2021 boat tours departing from Campbell River. You can also be assured that your safety and comfort is always uppermost in our minds.
For your Safety & Peace of Mind we have implemented additional COVID-19 safety protocols to protect our guests and staff. These currently include but are not limited to:
We fully understand and appreciate the concerns and reluctance to book ahead during these uncertain times but we also know how important it is to have something to look forward to. So we have introduced a new COVID-19 Booking Policy for 2021. You can now book your seat online or by calling our reservation team to secure your preferred departure date (subject to availability) without any deposit or down payment at the time of booking. Full payment will not be required until 30 days prior to your tour departure date. And you can cancel, requesting a full refund no questions asked up to 3 days/72 hours prior to your tour if you are unable to or have chosen not to travel for whatever reason.
If you are anything like our team and our guests who were not able to visit us in 2020, you are craving nature. 2021 is promising to be a busy year if current enquiries and bookings are anything to go by – so we encourage you to secure your preferred date as soon as possible either online or by Phone: 250-287-7008
*Please be advised that we reserve the right to adjust tour schedule and departure times and operate a reduced schedule should future travel restrictions or weather conditions force us to do so. In this event please be assured that we will communicate directly with each of our guests via email or telephone. So please make sure that you enter your contact details correctly at the time of booking. Thank you.
Working together to offer an experience of a lifetime
The global tourism industry, Provincial, Regional and local Tourism bodies and other tourism stakeholders in our community are all working together collaboratively to support each other and assist you in planning a visit to Vancouver Island and the Campbell River region so you can make the most of your vacation time with family and friends as you explore British Columbia.
To make the most of your experience we suggest that you consider a more relaxed pace, plan enough time to explore and get to know the area and enjoy the many activities it offers. Last but not least we ask you to support local businesses – we are all eager to welcome you and make your visit memorable! However, we do ask you to please do your part, by following Travel Advisories, the advice of Government Health Authorities and to be respectful of the communities you visit by checking and following any guidelines and protocols they have put in place for your safety and the safety of locals. Together we can all do our part to have fun and stay safe!
Take care, stay safe and please be assured that the Discovery Marine Safaris team are waiting eagerly to welcome you in 2021.
We want you to travel safely and responsibly so we have included some additional resources and links to help you discover more about Vancouver Island, where to stop on your way to Campbell River and how to travel safely in British Columbia.
